Their personalized boxes are so fun and they always check with you through the process to make sure it’s items you’d like or use The same being said for the themed holiday boxes, Ferb tries very hard to meet and exceed your expectations and personalize these orders to you. Every box and Kandi is made with love and respect and I definitely feel that when I receive my items. They’re very good as well with if items get lost or damaged and does their best to right the wrong. I’ve also mailed a bracelet back from the string snapping and he was quick to fix it for me and send it back."
