What is the return policy?
Since everything is made custom and to order, most things are not eligible for return. Please contact Ferb for further.
When will I get my order?
Most orders take 1-3 BUSINESS weeks to make. I work a full time job and try to get everything done in a timely manner. Please contact me for any updates.
Where are your products manufactured?
Some products I make myself and some are bought for the mystery boxes. I also use Zoatrix for stickers and other things I cannot create. If handmade/handcrafter are not made by me, they will be credited in the description.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
